Who is this training designed for?
Program Training is built for substance abuse treatment facilities — clinical directors, program managers, and accreditation staff. Counselor Training is for licensed clinicians, case managers, and frontline clinical staff seeking CE credits or advanced trauma competency.
How are programs delivered?
Program packages run 6–12 weeks and include async coursework, live consult calls, and implementation tools. Counselor courses are primarily self-paced async modules with optional live practicum sessions. All programs include lifetime access to materials post-completion.
Are there accreditation or CEU benefits?
Yes. Our Program Training prepares facilities for trauma-related requirements under SAMHSA and CARF standards. Counselor courses are approved for continuing education credits through our accredited provider partnerships — check individual course descriptions for credit hours and accreditation bodies.
Can we pilot training for a single department before committing to a full program?
Yes. The Pilot Training Session is designed specifically for this — a focused one-day session for your clinical team. It gives you first-hand experience with our curriculum before expanding to a broader implementation. Book a pilot through the intake form.
What does the intake/booking process look like?
Fill out the brief intake form with your organization details, the type of training you are interested in, and any specific context about your program. We will review your submission and follow up within 2 business days to discuss fit and next steps. No commitment required at this stage.
Do you offer pricing for multiple staff or multi-program discounts?
We do. Pricing scales with program size and team breadth. The intake form asks about your staff count and program type so we can tailor a quote to your situation. Every program quote is customized — we do not publish a one-size-fits-all price list.
Is virtual delivery as effective as in-person training?
For foundational and conceptual content, virtual delivery performs comparably to in-person — our async modules are designed for clinical engagement, not passive video watching. Hands-on practicums and case simulations can run virtually with a facilitator, or in-person for programs that prefer that format. We accommodate both.
How do we get leadership buy-in for a trauma training initiative?
We can provide a program overview deck and evidence summary that makes the clinical and regulatory case to leadership. Many programs use our accreditation readiness component as the business case — it ties trauma training directly to compliance requirements and funding eligibility.
